Enrollment in the Philippine Institute of Quezon City is by nature contractual. Upon his admission, the student binds himself to the existing rules and regulations of the school, as stipulated in the student handbook. Furthermore, the student becomes a party to the agreement that his admission, attendance and graduation are subject to the rules, regulations and policies which are laid out by the authorities of the school, and that these may require his withdrawal and/or dismissal with reasonable cause.
The school reserves the right to refuse student’s admission on the basis of past academic and/or moral standing.
Requirements
New students / transferees who seek admission to the kindergarten, Grade School and High School Levels are required to submit the following requirements:
1. Application form (click to download)
2. Birth Certificate (Photo Copy)
3. Alien Certificate of Registration (for non-native students)
4. Form 138 (Report Card) duly signed by the principal of the school last attended.
5. Six recent (1 x 1) ID pictures
6. Certificate of immunization by a practicing physician
7. Testing Fee of PhP
Returning students need only to submit the following:
1. Form 138 (Report Card) duly signed by parent / guardian
2. Four recent (1 x 1) ID pictures
Schedule
Admission is ongoing all year round.
Results
Students eligible for admission will be personally informed by the school. They are considered temporarily enrolled upon submission of the required documents and verification of their qualifications, pending receipt of certified true copies and transcript of records from the school last attended.
No student is considered officially enrolled until he has paid his tuition and other school fees in full and the admission card officially stamped.
