Last September 05 to 08, 2023, PIQC underwent the accreditation process from the Association of Christian Schools, Colleges and Universities Accrediting Council, Inc. (ACSCU-ACI) for the Preschool, Elementary, and Junior High School programs. Seven accreditors from different institutions, headed by Ms. Cristy M. Fernando from Wesleyan University Philippines, visited and evaluated the documents submitted by PIQC to the agency.
After all the preparations and hard work of the different stakeholders of the school, PIQC has finally been given three years of LEVEL II RE-ACCREDITED STATUS by the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).
The certificates of the three programs were awarded to the school by ACSCU-ACI’s Executive Director, Mr. Angelito P. Pedreño, last February 06, 2024, during the school’s 60th Founding Anniversary celebration held at the PIQC Auditorium. Mr. Co Kin Hung, the Chairman of the PIQC Board of Trustees, Mrs. Lee Shu Hwei, the Principal and School Directress, and Mr. Jeffrey Layva, the Assistant Principal for Administrative Affairs and Services, gladly received the certificates on stage on the school’s behalf.
With this achievement, the stakeholders of PIQC will be assured of better and improved education for the coming years as we continue the legacy that PIQC has started 60 years ago.
