Last February 14, the Department of Science and Technology- Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) bestowed the Youth Excellence in Science (YES) Award to more than 700 students in the National Capital Region. The YES award comes with a medal of distinction that expresses its high regard for young Filipinos who successfully competed in international science and mathematics competitions that have been on the official list of DOST-SEI by national organizers.
Erin Megan Chao of Gr. 4- Kindness, Jann Denise Huang and Sebastian Calderon of Gr. 5- Honesty, Carmella Tan of Gr. 6- Endurance, Euan Veniz Caisip of Gr. 7- Patience and Fallon Kynan Co of Gr. 8- Simplicity received this institutional award.
